In this case, the client had purchased the brake upgrade kit to this piece of equipment four years earlier. There was a lack of certainty, however, as to whether the kit was complete or free of installation and operational risks as it had been kept in an unsecured location.
Vella Asset Management engaged a number of key suppliers along with the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) to review the drawings and parts, create a plan and ensure resources were available to address any unknown issues. Our experience and leadership skills enabled an effective facilitation of this process and was key to ensuring the brake upgrade was completed successfully. Issues were resolved quickly and recorded for future use with no delays to the overall project.
